Doctor Who Wrist Warmers

For those of us who love the Doctor Who scarf.
This pattern is a little of me, a little of “Easy Wristwarmers” by Kaity Von Rader, a little “Doctor Who Cowl” by Ilea Davis, and a little “Doctor Who Scarf – Season 12” by Chris Brimelow.
Stuff you will need: Size 8 Double Pointed NeedlesYarn Needle Purple – Red Heart Soft Grape Tan – Red Heart Soft Wheat Brown – Red Heart Soft Toast Blue – Red Heart Soft Mid Blue (Real scarf is a blue-ish grey, but I like blue in this mix.) Green – Red Heart Soft Leaf Yellow – Red Heart Soft Honey Red – Red Heart Soft Paprika (These colors aren’t perfect, but I think they look really nice together.)

Wrist warmer #1Work K2 P2 ribbing for all rows On size 8 DPN - CO 36 in purple Join into a circle 2 rows purple 13 rows tan 4 rows brown 2 rows yellow 6 rows red 2 rows purple 8 rows blue Thumb hole – work backwards (stop going in a circle but continue ribbing) 3 rows blue 3 rows green Re-join circle 3 rows green 2 rows yellow CO in rib using the size 9 needles
Wrist warmer #2 (will look different than #1 because it continues the scarf pattern) Work K2 P2 ribbing for all rows On size 8 DPN – CO 36 in tan Join into a circle 9 rows tan 4 rows red 2 rows brown 3 rows purple 14 rows green 3 rows yellow2 rows blueThumb hole – work backwards (stop going in a circle but continue ribbing)3 rows blue 2 rows red 1 row tan Re-join circle 5 rows tan CO in rib using size 9 needles Weave in the ends.Wear them while you run around saving the universe!
